- Carry out sales activities including receive and process sales order from customer, cash handling, dealing with inquiries from walk in customer etc.
- Perform administration task dealing with email inquiries, answering incoming calls and preparing sales report.
- Stay up-to date with new product / promotion/ services
- Any other task to be assigned by management from time to time
- Possess at least STPM.
- Excellent communication skill in verbal and written English & Malay and other language would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers
- Motivation to work through busy shifts
- Knowledge in MS Office I.e excel and word
