- Managing recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of the new employees
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Design and run employee training and development programs
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information
- Manage and resolve employee complaints or grievances and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll
- Making sure that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees to ensure IT is compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Negotiate and manage labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes
- Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree or above or equivalent
- Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficiency in time management Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Strategic thinking and leadership
- Skills to solve difficult problems and handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Proficiency in the use of office software Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
