    Description
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted market to generate new leads andÂopportunities.
    • Build strong and collaborative relationship with customers.
    • Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
    • Conduct market research, forecast and feedback to Sales Director for assessment.
    • Drive product presentation and penetration with confidence.
    • Sales driven mind-set with focus in achieving the sales revenue.
    • 'Hunter' like mentality to look for new customers.
    • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the OEMs, electronics, orÂmanufacturing sectors.
    • Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate technical conceptsÂeffectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Weekly reviews to Sales Director for reporting.
    • Organize training for Vendors, Distributors and Customers.
    • Confident to conduct presentation & product demonstration to customers.
    • Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire its technical knowledge.
    • Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by Superior.
    Job Requirements:
    • Minimum Diploma/ degree in Engineering; preferably electrical-trained.
    • At least 4-5 years relevant Sales experience in a relevant segment/industry.
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive individual who thrivesÂon the challenge of acquiring new clients.
    • Knowledge in handling low voltage electrical product.
    • Familiarity and preference working with an SME-type structure.
    • Required to travel in the region on requirement basis.
    • Good English fluency.
    • 5 days week job.
