Description

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted market to generate new leads and opportunities.
Build strong and collaborative relationship with customers.
Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
Conduct market research, forecast and feedback to Sales Director for assessment.
Drive product presentation and penetration with confidence.
Sales driven mind-set with focus in achieving the sales revenue.
'Hunter' like mentality to look for new customers.
Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the OEMs, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Weekly reviews to Sales Director for reporting.
Organize training for Vendors, Distributors and Customers.
Confident to conduct presentation & product demonstration to customers.
Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire its technical knowledge.
Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by Superior.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/ degree in Engineering; preferably electrical-trained.
At least 4-5 years relevant Sales experience in a relevant segment/industry.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives on the challenge of acquiring new clients.
Knowledge in handling low voltage electrical product.
Familiarity and preference working with an SME-type structure.
Required to travel in the region on requirement basis.
Good English fluency.
5 days week job.
