    Description
    An exciting opportunity for ServiceNow Technical Lead who can design and deliver ServiceNow solutions in alignment to business strategy.

    Mandatory Skill-set
    • 8+ years' experience with technical solution design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions;
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Service Management, preferably in Finance institution, Insurance industry, IT Shared Services or consulting firms;
    • Experience of working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps) ;
    • Drive ServiceNow related changes with a high rate of success and ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and processes;
    • Experience with markup languages like XML,HTML and web technologies like JavaScript, Web services;
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
    Desired Skill-set
    • ITIL V3/V4 Certification;
    • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA);
    • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD).
    Responsibilities
    • Ability to designs and deliver ServiceNOW solutions for long term success and adhere to ServiceNOW technical standards;
    • Assess the organization's current processes and define future-state processes ; map them to the ServiceNOW platform capabilities to improve business processes;
    • Ability to manage the setup, administration and configuration of ServiceNow;
    • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems;
    • Ability to analyze raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results;
    • Embrace the Agile development process and contribute to achieving sprint goals;
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to complete tasks effectively;
    • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
