    Description

    Job Purpose

    You are responsible to plan and execute marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of general Takaful products under the Corporate In-house department and provide services with the agreed budget, business plans and strategies.

    Job Responsibilities

    • You will develop, procure and service the in-house corporate client businesses in achieving financial budget set by the department.
    • You will participate in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and customer development plans and conduct sales presentations.
    • You are responsible for the execution of operational plans and relevant tasks.
    • You will cross sell wide a range of General Takaful products and services.
    • You must communicate to clients closely to understand the customer's requirements and actively promote company's products and services to fulfill these requirements for new and renewal accounts.

    Job Requirements

    • You must possess at least a Diploma or a bachelor's degree in business studies or its equivalent.
    • You must have at least 2 – 3 Years of working experience in Sales & Marketing and Servicing the General Insurance / General Takaful Corporate Business.
    • Having strong knowledge in general insurance / takaful products would be advantageous.
    • You must possess strong business acumen, strong communication & problem-solving skills to enable further success in this role.
