    Description

    A global MNC specializing in innovative solutions for semiconductor and electronics assembly is hiring for experienced Senior FP&A Specialist.

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Foster business partnerships with Functional Heads to identify issues, formulate business recommendations, manage budgets, deliver presentations and analyses, and promote process enhancements.
  • Oversee the long-term and short-term forecast budgetary processes, including STRAP, AOP, Mid-Year Forecast (MYF), and monthly forecasts, in close collaboration with Functional Heads.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies within workflows and make recommendations for improvement when necessary.
  • Collaborate with Internal/External Auditor Teams to facilitate various audit tests and SOX walkthroughs.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc reporting and analysis as directed by immediate superiors.
  • Provide on-demand, ad-hoc analysis to Functional Partners.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of financial performance across key areas, such as productivity, efficiency, margins, and other significant cost components, on a monthly and ad-hoc basis, with a focus on identifying opportunities for enhancing business performance.
  • Develop financial models to support timely and effective financial forecasts and aid in management decision-making. Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and other pertinent accounting laws or standards.
  • Strong business and financial acumen to interpret numerical data and adeptness in presenting ideas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Previous experience with an ERP system for planning and reporting would be advantageous.
