    Description

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dynamic Secretary who can play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to senior management within an organization. The individual in this role acts as a key liaison between the Senior management and other staff members, clients, and external partners. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential for success in this position. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our business, handling a variety of administrative and project-related tasks.


    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Administrative Support:
    Manage and maintain CEO and directors schedules, appointments, travel arrangements and claims management.

    • Communication Management: Serve as the point of contact between CEO, directors and internal/external clients.
    • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Meeting Coordination: Arrange, coordinate, and minute meetings; ensure follow-up on action points.
    • Greet and assist onsite guests and vendors. Coordinate with Office Admin on logistics or any preparation to be done for the visit.
    • Project Assistance: Support project management activities such as research, company events and/or any ad-hoc assignment given.

    Qualifications and Required skills:


    • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
    • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role.
    • People skills and culture
    • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good exposure in travel management and to work hand in hand with Office Admin

    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
    • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
