    Description
    Job Responsibility

    Responsibility
    • To provide excellent service in face-to-face to build and enhance good relationship with customer. Smooth business operation and inventory control of the branch to achieve targeted sales and services.
    • Strong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skill
    • Able to handle walk in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market
    • Possess reasonably strong analytical skills to identify causes of issues and recommend solutions
    • Able to identify sales opportunity through communication with customers
    • Proactively present and sell products to all walk-ins
    • Able to persuade and close sales
    • Up-selling and Cross-selling of devices and rate plan

    Working Days & Time

    • Monday-Friday (Weekend if required when needed)
    • 9am-6pm (Required night shift when needed)
    • Rotational Shift

    Working Location: Level 1, U Mobile Service Center, Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur

    Job Requirements

    • A degree in any field (fresh graduate is encouraged to apply)
    • Diploma holders with minimum 2 years working experience in Sales & Service industry, preferably in telecommunication/ mobile related industry
    • Can start immediately
    • Able to speak in Mandarin

    Job Benifits

    • Basic Salary RM2350
    • sale Incentives +RM2500
    • Mandarin allowance for who applicable (RM300)
    • KPI performance allowance
