    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Achieve monthly recruitment targets, responsible for end-to-end management of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
    • Handle payroll, social security, provident fund, training funds, individual income tax calculations, payments, and ensure accurate disbursement, as well as address related payroll issues.
    • Establish standardized company workflows, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and attendance management.
    • Campus recruitment: From preparation to completion, design campus activities, implement campus recruitment events, and conduct campus outreach.
    • Institutionalize company policies: (a) Optimize existing policies. (b) Ensure compliance with regulations, including welfare systems, attendance systems, travel policies, personnel management systems, office supplies procurement policies, employee code of conduct, reimbursement policies, information confidentiality policies, and various warning letter protocols.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum university degree, at least two years of human resources experience;
    • Preferably familiar with Malaysian labor laws, with experience in handling employee relations, wages, and social security;
    • Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, proactive in work, and capable of identifying and solving problems.
