    Requirements

    • Degree in any field
    • Preferable experience in healthcare industry, example familiar with products supplement and medical devices.
    • Able to analyze market trends and propose new business ideas and expansion.
    • Able to handle product-related inquiries
    • Plan and conduct product training for internal parties and external retailers
    • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
    • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
    • Writing and proofreading creative content

    Responsibility

    Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze and interpret data to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.

    Product Positioning and Messaging:

    • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
    • Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.

    Go-to-Market Strategy:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Determine the most effective channels and tactics for reaching target customers.

    Content Creation:

    • Create marketing collateral, including product guides, sales presentations, and website content.

    Sales Enablement:

    • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and materials to effectively sell the product.
    • Develop training programs and documentation for the sales team on product features and benefits.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness, leads, and sales.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

    Customer Feedback:

    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with customer needs.

    Metrics and Reporting:

    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports on marketing performance to direct superior.
