    Job Description:

    As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth in the Malaysia region. You will engage with potential clients to understand their HR needs and demonstrate how our HRMS solution can address those needs effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound calling and emailing to prospective clients.
    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
    • Present our HRMS product to potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and webinars.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate the value proposition of our HRMS solution.
    • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the Jakarta region.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas and grow our business.
    • Stay up-to-date with new product features and HR industry trends

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HRMS or SaaS domain.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong phone presence and experience with cold calling.
    • Familiarity with CRM software.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • HRMS industry experience is highly recommended
