    Description

    Introduction

    Main Responsibilities

    Responsible for conducting the recruitment of new agencies and new hosts via all types of channels and platforms;

    Responsible for collecting and processing the needs from agencies, answering their daily questions, adjusting the operation strategy and put forward optimization suggestions according to the specific situation;

    Responsible for analyzing the weekly or monthly data of agencies and help to improve the activation and loyalty of agencies;

    Grasp and understand the latest industry trends, establish a feedback channel between agencies and the platform on competitor applications.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree is required
    • 3 years+ related experience at the internet companies is a plus;
    • Mandarin speaker
    • Have a good command of MS Office;
    • Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Presentable, Motivated, Flexible, and problem-solving Skills
    • Fast learner and passion for internet industry
