Main Activities:

• Business Application Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP IS-Utilities modules to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Design, configuration and testing various SAP modules including SAP S4Hana, SAP C4C Service Cloud, SAP CRM Customer Service, SAP IS-U Billing, SAP Device Management, Energy Data Management, Intercompany Data Exchange, SAP FI-CA and etc.
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client, recommend and develop solutions to meet the clients' needs.
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of business automation processes, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree or any equivalent
• Advanced level of English in written and spoken
• Open to Malaysians and foreigners who are currently in Malaysia
• Any working experience in related field is preferred
• Analytical and factual approach to analyze problems and provide recommendation
• Possess critical thinking skills to recommend reliable and robust solutions
• SAP Functional or Technical Consultants looking to cross-train, expand new SAP solution horizons, explore new SAP solution verticals are encouraged to apply
