Job Responsibility

To manage customer enquiries in social media platform/messaging app, process customer orders and information
To update and edit Facebook page
To learn about products and describe clearly to customers
To collaborate with team members to achieve better results
To achieve sales target set by the superior

Job Requirements

No working experience required
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent
Must work in office, possesses own transportation
Proficient in basic computer skill, possesses own laptop
Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc., and knowing how to use simple photo editing apps is an added advantage
Accountable, positive thinking, hardworking, passion in work, self-motivated
