    Description

    Objective:

    To support the Sales & Marketing department in enhancing the visibility of the Academy of Management by implementing an effective marketing and communications plan, with the aim to:Attract new students across the Academy's range of programmes.

    Highlight the expertise of the academic faculty.
    Promote the profile of the academy to external audiences.


    Main duties and responsibilities:
    Engage in both on-campus and off-campus marketing activities.
    Execute targeted marketing plans for schools, ensuring adherence to KPIs.
    Achieve sales and marketing objectives by developing and implementing trade promotion programs.
    Reach out to potential customers online and offline to present products and services.
    Strategize and implement plans to increase student enrollment.
    Manage social media content strategies to enhance public interaction.
    Host company live events from introduction to closing session.
    Assist in updating news on the academy website and social media channels.
    Support in booking, designing, and tracking advertising for the academy.
    Provide creative input into new advertising campaigns.
    Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and printers.
    Assist with proofreading, copywriting, editing, and information collection.


    Job Requirements:
    Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communication, or relevant field.
    Proficient in presentation and persuasive skills.
    Familiarity with marketing, digital marketing, tele-sales, and/or event management.
    Experience in the education industry is advantageous.
    Willingness and ability to work long hours and weekends intermittently.
    Capable of working independently.
    Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
