    Job Responsibility

    What do we need you to do

    • Respond direct to customers, reply through a variety of channels (Shopee, Lazada etc.) to close sales.
    • Provide prompt and accurate replies to customers.
    • Fulfillment for processing orders and parcel issues.
    • Able to work independently and play as a good team member.
    • Collect and analyse customer feedback, handle customer complaints.
    • Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin, Malay, English
    • The position preferably with GADGETS & IT background added advantages

    Job Requirements

    What do we need from you

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have personal laptop and internet access
    • You are Patient, Proative, Friendly, Helpful, Confident and engaging personality.
    • Problem solving skill and good communication skills
