    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Understand Client Needs: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences.
    • Present Product or Service: Showcase company products or services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
    • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales.
    • Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
    • Provide Customer Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Meet Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
    • Collaborate with Team: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to meet client needs effectively.
    • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and approaches.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and contracts. Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

    Job Requirements

    • Prefer mandarin
    • Min 2 years experience of sales
    • Able to outstation
    • Must have own transport
    • Must able to speak basic English & Bahasa Malaysia
