    About The Job

    • Oversee day-to-day security operations at the mall.
    • Collaborate with Safety & Security Manager to ensure compliance with safety laws and standards
    • Provide guidance and support to security team for incident response and emergency procedures
    • Assist in preparing safety and security reports, including incident and monthly security reports
    • Develop and implement safety and security training programs for various stakeholders
    • Conduct regular emergency drills to ensure readiness and compliance with safety protocols
    • Manage safety and security equipment such as CCTV, access control and fire fighting systems
    • Review and approve various permits related to safety and security
    • Develop and enforce rules and guidelines for all personnel working in the mall
    • Monitor and respond to internal and external incidents and accidents, cooperating with authorities
    • Conduct internal audits, evacuation drills, and equipment testing to ensure high level of safety
    • Inspect tenant and common premises to eliminate fire safety and security violations
    • Coordinate with insurance adjusters and provide information for claims processing
    • Conduct pre-opening inspections to ensure compliance with safety guidelines
    • Review and approve tenant fit-out drawings according to company guidelines
    • Coordinate with external parties to integrate safety measures into construction projects
    • Manage budget for security services to ensure center safety
    • Assist in developing and implementing safety and security training programs
    • Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services during crises

    Skills And Experience Required

    • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health/Safety, Property Management or equivalent
    • At least 5 years of experience in a safety and security management, across shopping mall and retail spectrum
    • Proficient understanding of safety and security laws, codes, and standards pertinent to shopping malls
    • Comprehensive grasp of safety and security concerns, encompassing both criminal and civil law fundamentals
    • Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and fire safety equipment
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving aptitude, proficient in identifying and addressing potential safety and security hazards
