    duties and responsibility
    As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee end to end Supply Chain operations including material sourcing, supplier & vendor management, customer service, inventory planning and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service and production units, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives while achieving plant-specific key performance indicators.
  • Manage direct and indirect material purchasing activities, focusing on securing the best price and quality, considering lead times, and optimizing inventory levels to meet production demands.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic roadmap aimed at achieving key performance indicators related to pricing, quality standards, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive global supplier negotiations and evaluations, maintaining a competitive edge in sourcing materials from various regions, while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and fostering a sustainable supply chain organization skills /experience
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant managerial experience
  • Background in electrical & electronical or semiconductor ONLY
  • Ability to lead a team under a fast-paced environment
  • Strong and firm stakeholder management expertise in a manufacturing MNC environment
