    Description

    Incorporated in 1998, Deblect Risk Management (DRM) was established to address the growing needs of companies opting to redirect their operations by outsourcing their debt recovery services.

    Our financial recovery solutions are aligned to assist business processes by mitigating financial risks, while boosting positive financial health. We provide our services to financial institutions, health care segmentation, education/learning, government agencies, utility providers, technology, transportation & logistic suppliers and telecommunication industry.

    All of our recovery processes are in accordance to strict compliance parameters and other mandatory legislation requirements such as Financial Services Act, Islamic Financial Services Act, Personal Data Protection Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices as issued by Bank Negara Malaysia.

    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting the daily operations for loans servicing by ensuring all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with internal service standards.
    • Reviewing credit documents and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete as per the internal policy and guidelines.
    • Monitoring of credit limits and exposures.
    • Ensuring collateral valuation, monitoring and reconciliation with original documents.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
