    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • To capture investor's community's attention on Setia's progress and growth stories
    • Oversees the process of fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders, particularly the investing community and the broader market.
    • Gather relevant insights from the external stakeholders for the purpose of development of strategic initiatives.
    • To oversee the process of fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders, particularly the investing community and the broader market to capture investor's community's attention on Setia's progress and growth stories..
    • Effectively communicate the organization's financial performance, flagship developments, company's vision and aspirations together with its achievements.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in order to identify opportunities and highlight risks to business leaders and individual contributors.
    • Conduct market research to support informed decision-making by the management.
    • Gather market intelligence to stay relevant and ahead of competitors.
    • Manage and implement special projects as approved by Senior Management. This include planning, execution, monitoring and reporting on the projects.
    • Participate in other functions of the department including corporate planning, business performance, corporate finance, corporate exercises and commercial development including reorganization and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, landbank utilization/ optimization planning etc)

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree/Professional Qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
    • 5 - 6 years related experience with proven experience in strategic planning, project management and coordination.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Outstanding research and analytical abilities to interpret data
    • Knowledge on related industry to Property and Real Estate
    • Excellent understanding of business and industry practices
    • Strong articulation skills
    • Working location: Setia Alam
