    Job Description

    Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)

    Candidate with at least 5 years of working experience in software quality assurance/software testing/Test Management.
    Preferably having Transaction Banking and cash management knowledge
    Preferably having hands on experience in banking industry and project management.
    Experience in managing and executing UAT for BAU patches/enhancement/project.
    Detail oriented, highly analytical, willing to learn and committed.
    Able to highlight and escalate for the issues that impacting testing progress.
    Able to understand interdependencies and effect on critical paths.
    Self-starter, 'can-do' attitude, customer centric mindset, highly adaptable and can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.

    2) TEST MANAGER/


    LEAD:


    Job Description


    • Support getting the clarity on testing requirements
    • Responsible for reporting all the applicable metrics / SLAs as per communication plan
    • Provide support during testing escalations
    • Develop Test plan and Test Approval Report
    • Coordinate test data preparation
    • Develop daily/weekly test progress report
    • Work closely with Project Manager/ Test Manager in identifying the
    • potential risks and challenges
    • Review test artifacts
    • Ensure quality of deliverables by review, test process adherence and monitoring
    • Provide operational / day to day status reports to Test Manager, ITPM, Business PM
    • Interacting with IT team for resolving environment related issues and any support requirements
    • Ensure accurate and timely update of Defect information and defect
    • status in defect tracking tool (JIRA)
    • Arrange defect triage meeting, track, and follow up defects until closure
    • Provide guidance to project team to use JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr as bank's test management tool.
    • As a Test Lead in the Banking domain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the testing activities for various projects and engage with stakeholders to ensure that testing processes align with business goals and requirements. The Test Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of testers, coordinating testing efforts, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
