    Job Description
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, IT Recruiter to lead our IT recruitment team.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive the recruitment strategy to attract and retain top IT talent.

    The Senior Manager, IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective recruitment processes, managing a team of recruiters, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet the organization's IT hiring needs.


    Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:
    Lead and manage the IT recruitment team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
    Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team, monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance.
    Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.


    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the organization's IT hiring goals.

    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices to ensure a competitive edge in attracting top IT talent.

    Full-cycle Recruitment:

    Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.


    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand the long-term goals and workforce planning needs of the organization.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business objectives.


    Employer Branding:


    Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the organization's employer brand, making it an attractive destination for IT professionals.

    Represent the company at industry events and actively engage with the IT community.


    Process Improvement:
    Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, leveraging data and analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Implement best practices in sourcing, candidate assessment, and onboarding.

    Requirements
    8 years above of experience.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a successful IT recruiter with a focus on leadership roles.
    Previous experience managing a team of recruiters in a corporate or agency setting.
    In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
