    Description

    The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success.This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

    Responsibilities

    • Generate appointments using proactive outbound prospecting
    • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities for leads
    • Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years' of experience in related role
    • Minimum of bachelor's degree or above.
    • Records of managing or leading a team;
    • A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;
    • A positive, can-do attitude, with strong attention to detail;
    • Strong experience in managing & leading a team effectively to achieve target performance (KPI).
    • The drive to work in a fast-paced and dynamic tech company.
    • The ability to communicate well. Preferably in different languages besides English and Chinese to connect with potential leads in different countries.
