    This role is responsible for innovation in learning delivery including in the flow of work. Oversight of alignment of content to key strategic goals. Frameworks and tools for SME training development. Strategic use of digital assets for democratization of learning

    Your responsibilities:
    • Craft an engaging content development strategy and framework aligned with the latest trends in instructional design.
    • Create instructional approaches that resonate with a modern audience, including dynamic learning paths, nudges, learning in the flow of work, applying the latest instructional design principles and industry best practices to maximize engagement and effectiveness across a range of learning modalities.
    • Collaborate closely with technical teams and designers to optimize the user experience Provide valuable insights and feedback to ensure that learning content offers intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing learning experiences.
    • Create a content strategy to demonstrate best practices in engaging and effective learning content,
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative approaches to the organization's training initiatives.
    • Regularly review and update existing training programs to ensure engagement, learning and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry. Apply the latest instructional design principles and industry best practices to maximize engagement and effectiveness across a range of learning modalities.
    • Research Excellence: Conduct thorough research and content analysis to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives. Stay abreast of emerging trends in instructional design and adult learning principles.
    • Multimodal Learning Assets: Develop a diverse array of blended learning assets, spanning eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT, videos, and assessments to meet the unique training needs and learning objectives of the business.

    Requirements for the role:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness
    • Expertise in implementing and successfully measuring impact of enterprise-wide learning
    • Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and technology-enabled learning
    • Organizational Awareness - Knows how the organization works and how to work effectively within it. Applies knowledge of business environment to learning solutions
    • Interacts with partners with an understanding of the business: the industry, the goals, the business plans, and the organizational structure
    • Uses appropriate consultative and assessment techniques to determine learning and performance needs within the business
    • Demonstrates personal ownership and accountability
    • Ability to challenge conventional ideas and accepted ways of doing things
    • Ability to establish credibility with senior leaders and managers
    • Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent level of both written and verbal communication
    • Driven to ensure accuracy and delivery to agreed timescales
    • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across wide groups of people
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in learning and development
    • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience designing, implementing and driving professional development programs tailored to all levels of an organization
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for learning and development
    • Experience in agile and iterative content development, making dynamic adjustments in line with changing needs
