    Why does this job exist and why is it critical

    We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Head of Process Enablement and Sales Operations to lead our journey towards operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, redesigning and optimising processes to drive sales success. You will champion initiatives and partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify and implement process innovations to streamline the sales journey.

    What are you accountable for

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive process excellence strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Analyze the sales cycle and identify opportunities for improvement through process mapping, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement new sales processes and optimize existing ones, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
    • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of new and existing processes across all sales channels, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other improvement frameworks.
    • Partner with sales heads to build a culture of continuous improvement and ownership of processes.
    • Measure and track the impact of process improvements on key performance indicators (KPIs), including efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage a team of process excellence professionals and provide them with coaching and development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, to ensure alignment and integration of process initiatives.

    What do you need to have for this role

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
    • Proven track record of success in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other relevant frameworks.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
    • Data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong focus on results.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
