Description

Your Role

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics of projects shipments including documentation
Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods from the origin to the destination as per scope of work provided by the Project Manager
Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and processes
Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies and other service providers to ensure shipment are transported safely and efficiently
Monitor the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
Address and resolve operational issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Maintaining operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and provide service quality as per Blue Water standards.
Travelling to meet clients, or overseeing operations in various locations globally when required.

Your Background

Relevant work experience in operations, logistics, or project management, preferably in project freight forwarding.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are crucial for coordinating complex overdimensional cargo movements.
Familiarity with specialized equipment, such as multi-axle trailers and self-propelled modular transporters, as well as a working knowledge of customs procedures for oversized cargo, are often preferred qualifications.
Possess a solid understanding of transportation regulations, particularly those related to oversize and heavy haul shipments
