    Job Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Possess a Diploma or Bachelors' Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    • Proficient in English with effective communicative and good interpersonal skills.
    • Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field . Exposure at front desk or customer service is an added advantage.
    • Computer literacy in MS Office , Word , Excel etc.

    Job Descriptions

    Responsibilities:

    • Administrative support for activities within the International Office.
    • General commitment include assistance to international students on VISA matters.
    • Communicating with international students on their arrival and assist in documentation.
    • Other VISA processing involve application, renewal , cancellation etc.
    • Handling of enquires with overseas recruitment agencies and academic department.
    • Handling of students enquires and advise with accurate information.
    • Collection and compiling of document required for VISA renewal .
    • To maintain an accurate and up-to-date students' status and generation of management reports.
