- Possess a Diploma or Bachelors' Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in English with effective communicative and good interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field . Exposure at front desk or customer service is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in MS Office , Word , Excel etc.
- Administrative support for activities within the International Office.
- General commitment include assistance to international students on VISA matters.
- Communicating with international students on their arrival and assist in documentation.
- Other VISA processing involve application, renewal , cancellation etc.
- Handling of enquires with overseas recruitment agencies and academic department.
- Handling of students enquires and advise with accurate information.
- Collection and compiling of document required for VISA renewal .
- To maintain an accurate and up-to-date students' status and generation of management reports.
