    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree in any field of studies, preferably in computer science or related technological field.
    • Have good knowledge on basic computer programs (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel, Google Docs, etc).
    • A fast learner with proactive, team player personality.
    • Candidate must possess fluent English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Experienced in Accounting, ERP Software Support will be extra credit.

    Job Responsibilities

    • To liaise with clients on their technical requirements before initiating the software implementation process.
    • Conduct technical training sessions for both local and overseas clients via online conference / on-site.
    • To assist clients with level one technical support via email, phone, livechat, Whatsapp group, and remote access.
    • Respond to all customer requests for assistance in a professional manner.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Conduct duties assigned by superior from time to time

    Job Description

    • To provide internal support for system.
    • Troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
    • Respond to client calls in a professional manner, providing solutions and advice where appropriate.
    • To assist clients with level one technical support via email, phone, and remote access.
    • Other duties and special tasks as assigned.
