    Description

    CIMB Digital Assets (CDA) represents CIMB Group's portfolio of digital businesses and ventures, which today comprises Touch 'n Go and TNG Digital (collectively the Touch 'n Go Group), and the Group's digital bank franchises CIMB Bank Philippines ("CIMB PH") and CIMB Bank Vietnam ("CIMB VN"). Set up to incubate and grow these digital businesses beyond CIMB Group's core banking franchise, the objectives of CDA include the following:

    • Proliferate an optimal structure to allow for greater focus with dedicated, experienced management teams to drive and take ownership of our digital businesses' strategic growth and to create value;
    • Enhance ability to scale these businesses unconventionally as well as address the market;
    • Establish clear articulation and narrative of pure-play growth stories to attract new strategic partners and investors; and
    • Drive optimal governance structures, taking into consideration speed-to-market and modern tech given the rapid development in the digital world.

    Programme Management Office, CIMB Digital Assets

    • Oversee, steer and execute a diverse range of initiatives across CDA and its businesses to ensure strategic alignment of the organisation, its programmes, stakeholders, as well as business objectives.
    • Manage and execute division-level and/or cross-functional programmes and special projects, including but not limited to areas of strategy, planning, business development and partnerships, reporting directly to the CEO of CDA.
    • Collaborate with teams and businesses across CDA in various capacities (locally and regionally), ensuring overall alignment, enablement, as well as managing and bridging of stakeholders (internal and external) where required.
    • Develop materials and facilitate the positioning and representation of CDA and its functions and businesses, both internally and externally.
    • Drive general division-level reporting across relevant management channels and committees, working closely with internal teams and other stakeholders in the organisation.
    • Any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary to meet the needs of the division, its businesses and stakeholders.
