    Job Overview

    • Identifies new marketing opportunities and develops marketing plans
    • Manages marketing efforts through social media, event coordination, promotions, and printed and digital materials
    • Engages with prospective and existing customers with care and professionalism
    • Completes a variety of administrative tasks to support our students and classes in a responsible manner

    Responsibilities

    • Markets Dynamic Language Centre's (DLC's) programmes through various means, including social media, promotions, and printed and digital materials
    • Strategically develops and implements strategies to grow DLC's numbers and improve our services
    • Delivers a unique customer experience which aligns with DLC's values and develops a positive customer relationship
    • Provides consultation to parents and students on DLC courses via phone, Whatsapp, email, social media, and face-to-face
    • Acquires and maintains excellent knowledge of DLC's services and values
    • Maintains and updates databases in a timely and accurate manner
    • Recommends and implements improvements to existing processes and systems
    • Provides regular reports to the company's leadership team
    • Plans and coordinates events, which may include holiday programmes, promotional events, and internal DLC events
    • Attends regular professional development training and skills programmes as required
    • Completes other duties in support of the company's operations
    • Approaches new opportunities with a hard-working, flexible, can-do approach
    • Dresses in a modest and professional manner
    • Maintains standards of conduct reflective of Dynamic Language Centre
    • Works 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays

    Requirements

    • Experience: 1 year of experience in the field of marketing
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Must be a Malaysian citizen or a person with permission to work in Malaysia – Malaysian visa will not be provided for this role
