    A company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join their team:- Our ideal candidate is a good communicator, excellent listener, self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and a great multi-tasker who is able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    From its humble beginnings in 2020, the company is growing into a FMCG Enterprise. Today, the company is known widely as one of the leading distributors in Halal cosmetics and beauty products through our subsidiary companies such as SimplySiti and BeauSiti.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop sales forecast for business plan to meet the company's sales KPIs and KRAs.
    • Responsible for all commercial terms & conditions for offline/traditional, key accounts and distributorship/agencies sales channels for local and international market.
    • Implement sales plan to achieve growth and hit sales targets for the company's existing and new products.
    • Responsible for developing new key accounts/new sales channels to achieve new growth.
    • Manage the downstream distribution (retail) and merchandising activities to ensure product visibility and correct product mix at all times.
    • Identify market shift in local and emerging markets while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

    Job Requirement

    • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required for the position.
    • At least 5 years working experience in Marketing & Sales.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing a sales team within the FMCG industry.
