    duties and responsibility

    As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the following:
    • Overseeing all warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, safety, quality and delivery of finished goods
    • Developing and implementing warehouse policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
    • Lead and monitor team members by ensuring warehouse practices are complied
    • Maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and conducting regular safety inspections
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness of inventory, including regular inspections and audits
    • Manage nventory levels and accuracy through effective inventory management systems
    • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and daily productivity
    • Analyze warehouse performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related proper storage, handling, and distribution of inventories

    Skills /experience

    • Background in Warehouse, Inventory Management & Logistics
    • At least 5-7 years of managerial experience
    • Cold chain management experience is preferred
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a large team size
