- Analyze various data sources and craft proper AB tests. Implement the test setup, monitor the test and analyze the results using appropriate statistical methods.
- Identify the opportunities to optimize voucher constructs
- Benchmark and monitor the product performance and come up with ideas to improve the product by proposing data-driven solutions.
- Communicate with the global and local stakeholders to keep them involved in the product and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in science related fields
- 3 or more years working experience in industries like e-commerce, tech startups, consulting or similar industries
- Strong data sense with analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
- Strategic approach towards problem-solving combined with ability to think creatively to drive innovation
- Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and viewpoints rationally to influence change
- Ability to automate repetitive tasks, generate efficient processes to reduce task time
- Self-motivated with a strong proactive, hands-on attitude
- Customer-centric mindset with keen interest in understanding customer behavior and the will to advocate for best-in-class customer experience
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to develop hypotheses based on data, design and run experiments, and analyze the results
- Hands-on experience in MySQL, Python, and Google Suites (App script, connected sheets, etc)
- Attention to detail
- Experience in statistical analysis and causal inference is highly preferred
- Experience working with product squads is highly preferred

LOCATION : Southgate Commercial Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The position comes with a heavy focus on problem solving through data analytics, delivering outstanding operational excellence outcomes, continuous process and product improvements. You are a lover of methodology and optimisation, who is excited about the opportunity to create and experiment with processes to constantly improve operations with data-driven decisions, and is willing (and able) to guide cross-functional teams in iterating and implementing them. You should be data-driven and have an analytical mindset. If you see a spreadsheet or Tableau report you know straight away the right questions to ask to get actionable outcomes. You can design the right solution for the right environment using the direct effort of multiple independent departments, and have the diligence to push and follow through in order to deliver the desired outcomes.
