- To execute reports, analyze data, generate actionable insights and analytics for the company to be able to continuously improve customer experience and processes.
- Support operations on processing sales orders from customers and proactively communicate with customers and business partners on issues, challenges and provide solutions.
- Execute customer service strategies and be part of a team to drive customer experience initiatives, and embrace the philosophy of customer first mindset and behaviors in everything we do, building a strong rapport with customers.
- Provide support to continuous improvement projects to improve customer experience, reengineer processes and transform systems to be customer centric.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Strong communication skills in English (Read/Write/Speak) and Vietnamese (is a MUST)
- Prior working experience within the customer services/ support related roles will be an added advantage
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word)
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Team player with troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
