    Job Description

    As the regional lead for the adhesives portfolio, you will spearhead the local and regional portfolio strategy, driving towards ambitious business targets. Your expertise in optimizing market infrastructures empowers ground-level teams to excel beyond expectations. You will lead a dynamic and high-performing team with a focus on customer centricity, cultivate strong relationships and ensure operational excellence.

    • Implement and drive the portfolio strategy at a local and regional level with the goal of achieving planned business targets.
    • Monitor progress against targets across markets and segments, developing initiatives to tackle discrepancies.
    • Optimize market infrastructures (i.e. people structure and processes) to empower ground-level teams.
    • Act as the key representative for the portfolio during interactions with other SBU leaders and stakeholders.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a future-facing and collaborative environment.
    • Cultivates customer relations and ensures strong operational performance with customer centricity as a focus.
    • Aid in local mergers, acquisitions and integration efforts

      The Successful Applicant
      • Held tenure(s) in a senior leadership capacity within a B2B industrial/manufacturing environment (i.e. Director, VP, Head).
      • Solid understanding of B2B sales for industrial products with a track record across a regional setting.
      • Effective critical thinking skills to develop successful short and long term strategies.
      • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders across various levels and departments.
      • Large team management experience encompassing different cultural locations and settings.
