    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in ensuring the workpermit/ employment pass, visa application, special pass, check-out memo for theforeign workers are active and liaise with immigration officers.
  • To register/ renew/ terminateFWCS.
  • Annual working permit renewal offoreign workers.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance andupdate worker's data.
  • FOMEMA arrangement for timelycheck-up.
  • Highlighting and handling worker'srecruitment, resignation, end of contract and long leave.
  • Monitoring worker'saccommodations, flight tickets, taxi booking, etc.
  • Police report arrangement forrunaway foreign worker and document preparation as required by Immigration for cancellationof working permit.
  • Liaising with Embassy of Philippine in Malaysia for Oversea EmploymentContract - OEC approval (for Philippine staffs only)
  • To comply to all government andstatutory requirements for direct labour.
  • Any Ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from timeto time.

    • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at leastBachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human ResourceManagement or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of workingexperience in handling foreign worker and expatriate permit and visaapplication.
  • Sound knowledge of Labor Law,Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act is essential
  • Must possess with own transport.
