    About the team

    Global E-commerce Search: Our team is responsible for the US eCommerce search product, including making search strategies and search front-end interaction design.

    We focus on increasing income and creating a good e-commerce ecosystem.

    Responsibilities

    • Growing and nurturing Tiktok Shop creators via both onetoone and communitywide management and communication
    • Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase creators' earning potential on TikTok Shop
    • Organise activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of TikTok Shop policies both online and offline
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creatorcentric campaigns to drive creator growth
    • Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth
    • Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform
    • Become familiar with internal creator management tools and ecommerce related functions for creators
    • Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creatorsrelated stakeholders both internally and externally
    • Support all creatorrelated operational tasks when required

    Qualifications
     Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in community management or influencer management
    • Proven ability to plan and execute online and offline event
    • Clear communication skills with proficiency in English and Malay is a must as you will be working with Malay speaking creators
    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience as a TikTok Shop content creator is a plus
    • Analytical and datadriven mindset to track performance
    • Prior experience in ecommerce is strongly preferred
