    Job description

  • Take ownership of and manage the budget, balance sheet and income statement for the brand.
  • Develop annual business plans.
  • Prepare and submit the various reports requested by Brand HQ on time.
  • Distribution / sales strategies to be implemented in line with brand's parent company strategy.
  • Prepare the sales/marketing and communication plans for the country.
  • Supervise the merchandising of customers in line with the marketing policy of Brand HQ.
  • Local application of communication concept for the brand, assisted by local Country.
  • Hiring and managing of sales force and marketing, in line with the Swatch Group and Brand policy for the country and in cooperation with Country Manager and Human Resources Manager.
  • Set objectives for the employees and motivate / support / coach them to achieve their goals.
  • Manage relationships with retailers.
  • To carry out any duties as the Company may from time to time.

    • Profile

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers' wishes
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Team working skills
  • The ability to manage and allocate budgets
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with and an understanding of market research
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns

    • Professional requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from Marketing, Business studies or Accounting, or any relevant business courses.
