    Description

    Job Scope:

    1. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
    2. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize key performance metrics and trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.
    3. Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses.
    4. Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and understand business needs, translating them into analytical solutions.
    5. Identify and define key business metrics and KPIs, continuously monitoring and analyzing them to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    6. Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions or investigate anomalies in the data, presenting findings and insights to stakeholders.
    7. Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends, identify patterns, and uncover opportunities for business growth and optimization.
    8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
    9. Assist in the implementation and optimization of data management processes and systems to ensure efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval.
