    Description

    Job Description:
    We are urgently seeking an experienced Application Maintenance/Production Support Specialist (L3) to join our team within the next month.

    The ideal candidate should be able to handle immediate requirements, operate efficiently in multitasking environments, and have a track record of managing warranty periods in previous job experiences.

    This is a local position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.


    Key Requirements:

    Technical Skills:

    Mandatory:

    • Shell Script (Unix): Proficiency in Unix shell scripting is a must.

    Java:
    Foundational knowledge in Java, including coding and server deployment. While super-strong expertise is not required, a solid foundation in Java is necessary.


    Experience:

    • Proven experience in Application Maintenance/Production Support roles at an L3 level.
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
    • Previous experience managing warranty periods in a similar capacity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide L3 support for applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
    • Manage and fulfill multitask requests efficiently.
    • Utilize Shell Scripting for Unix-based operations.
    • Apply foundational Java knowledge for coding and server deployment tasks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of applications.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in L3 Application Maintenance/Production Support roles.
    • Strong proficiency in Unix shell scripting.
    • Foundational knowledge in Java for coding and server deployment.
