    Description

    Job Description

    1. In charge of Support & Maintenance for Kuantan Port, Westport & Lumut Ports
    2. Generate the revenue
    3. Manage the operations and coordinate ports activities.
    4. Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers, carriers and customers.
    5. Develop and implement strategies for the efficient process
    6. Monitor and optimize the supply chain process.
    7. Analyze and report on ports performance metrics.
    8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
    9. Liaise with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues

    Job requirements

    1. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    2. MUST be from ports background or at least logistics.
    3. Minimum 2 years of experience in understanding of IT project lifecycle, software development lifecycle and daily operations.
    4. Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of port-related business operations and market industry.
    5. Familiar with a project of software development life cycle knowledge is an added advantage
    6. Applicants must have good analytical skills to resolve issues.
    7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels within the organization.
    8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
    10. Committed to self-improvement and staying updated with industry best practices.
