    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Deliver accurate financial reporting on time, including consolidation.
    • Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage cash flow, working capital, other reporting matters.
    • Manage annual audit process and relevant statutory reporting.
    • Provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
    • Act as finance partner for our business units and manage outsourced service providers.
    • Lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes.
    • Manage and implement good internal controls and SOP.
    • Support ad-hoc projects including new acquisitions, systems implementations.
    • Manage administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

    Requirements:
    • Degree in accounting or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and tax management.
    • Detail-oriented with strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage service providers and deliver on schedule.
    • Experience in real estate industry and in using Oracle Netsuite/ NSPB will be advantageous.
