    Position 1: Business Analyst – Group Transformation Projects

    Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

    Experience: 3 to 8 years as BA in Life Insurance domain

    ROLE SUMMARY

    The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for understanding business processes, gathering, and documenting requirements for Change Requests (CR), and providing support for production issues. This individual will serve as a bridge between the business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are adequately reflected in system functionalities. We are in search of a Group Business Analyst with deep expertise in the insurance domain. This role will be pivotal in driving and overseeing projects and initiatives across various business groups, ensuring that objectives align with our overarching strategic vision.

    Group Transformation:

    a. Lead group projects in the insurance domain to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.

    b. Leverage advanced analytical tools to extract insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

    c. Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions, ensuring that the developed systems align with business needs.

    Position 2: Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Projects
