    This position will involve seeking a strategic and experienced data engineering expert to join the expanding data team. As the Data Engineering Team Lead, you will have a crucial role in advancing efficient, scalable, and dependable data solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the data maturity and engineering environment.

  • Lead data infrastructure development, covering ingestion, ETLs, storage, and consumption processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end data solution development, from modeling and ETL to deployment and monitoring.
  • Design and enhance ETL modules and data models to support operations and product usage.
  • Collaborate with architects to align data models with business needs.
  • Deliver data insights for product offerings and strategy.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Develop data products for actionable insights.
  • Implement process improvements and mentor junior team members. knowledge, skills and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering with Python, Spark, Scala, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in data ETL/ELT tools such as Airflow, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, etc.
  • Strong experience in databases, data warehouses, and data modeling.
  • Previous leadership experience in data engineering.
  • Strong foundation in cloud data services and DataOps/DevOps principles.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, microservices, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Expertise in BI tools and code/data versioning tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. experience 4 years
