    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Responsible for all purchasing tasks.
    • Vendor code creation and upload photo.
    • Responsible for sourcing, quotations, price negotiation, and delivery of products.
    • Responsible for cost comparison, negotiation, credit terms, cost saving, and vendor evaluation activities.
    • To issue purchase order to local & oversea supplier.
    • To issue all relevant documents for purchasing & inventory transaction (eg, ITN, GRN, Damage Note, etc).
    • Product Price List update (if any).
    • Send new arrival list to sales team.
    • Follow-up delivery with purchase order from supplier.
    • Data entries of all relevant goods for stock inventory and trace ability purpose.
    • Check stock records and quantity order and latest pricing.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U/Diploma in relevant field.
    • Required Language(s): Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Preferable candidate who can read & write Mandarin .
    • At least two (2) yearsâ experience in related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an advantage.
    • Knowledge in Auto-count will be an added advantage
    • Candidate must be an initiative, self-motivated and good attitude person.
