    Job Description

  • Serve as the voice of the business users.
  • Identify business needs, gather business requirements and translate into requirement specification which can be understood by the DevOps team; subsequently working closely with DevOps team to ensure software development aligned with the requirements.
  • Able to work in Agile environment and be an Agile practitioner.
  • Define and documenting business process flows, user stories and data models for new system development or for process redesign .
  • Works with UI/UX teams to deliver a User Experience (UX) that aligns with business requirements.
  • Coordinate with testing team members for SIT, UAT and FAT.
  • Work closely with PO/PSM to monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
  • Train and support key stakeholders/end users through to end of project warranty.

    • Requirements

    To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Energy, drive and passion to work, and operate in a digital world.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Business Analysis/ Product Ownership/ Scrum Project Management in software development (Agile/ Scrum).
  • Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills in English a must. Bahasa and Mandarin knowledge will be advantageous.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Analytical/ problem solving skills.
  • Experienced in QA methodology, JIRA and testing.
  • Experience in implementation of Knowledge Management System would be a bonus.
  • Degree/Masters/PhD. in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Computational Statistics/Physics, or any other related computational/ quantitative discipline.
