    InsightOut is a leading Performance Marketing Agency in APAC, with a Marketing and Technology consulting practice. Since 2022, InsightOut has expanded to Malaysia and Indonesia, and has established AdTech product development internally. Our consultants are certified with BCG specializations in Digital Growth and Innovation, and Digital Sales and Marketing. We service a diverse group of clients in the APAC region, ranging from mid-sized and large SMEs to Global Unicorn Startups and Large Global MNCs.

    Role Description

    We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a hybrid role, with the candidate being passionate about using data to drive Returns of Investment for our clients. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, you will support the Performance Marketing team on a variety of digital marketing campaigns by assisting with ad creation, budget management, analysis and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Use client existing data to form digital strategy for client digital campaigns
    • Develop Data Model for client customer data
    • Execute Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn/TikTok Social Ads for our clients
    • Execute Google Search / SEM / Display and Programmatic Ads for our clients
    • Digital Marketing Data Analysis and development of reporting dashboards
    • Interpreting data to identify insights for our clients
    • Search Engine Optimisation through technical SEO audit

    Basic Skills / Qualifications

    • Experience/Knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint / Google Slides
    • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus
    • Good communication skills
    • Cheerful and optimistic attitude
    • Passionate about marketing and analytics
    • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret quantitative data
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly-changing digital landscape
    • Open to feedback, with an eagerness to improve and take on more responsibility as needed
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
