Track and monitor shipments and backorders from source and reconcile orders within the required turnaround time.
Timely Goods Receipt and Billing and send invoices to distributors and customers.
Engage with distributors and suppliers in issues/discrepancy and provide resolution.
Perform service contract maintanence and billing.
Assit with audits and ensure compliance.
Timely creation of item master into system to avoid delay in placing orders.
Maintain and update necessary database in the system for easy tracking and audit purposes.
Assist with Post Shipment Checklist and update GDS.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in the supply chain (Experienced supply chain/ warehouse working experience will be added advantages)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
